Refund policy

Our policy is straightforward: You have a 30-day window to return your items, and they must be in resale condition. We'll issue a full refund for the product (note that shipping is non-refundable, and transaction fees levied by the WIX platform apply). Customer pays return shipping. If you'd like to return something, please contact us at estateplanningportfolio@gmail.com to initiate the return and we'll get back to you within 72 business hours.

If you receive a defective product, we'll send you replacements at no additional cost. If your product was damaged in shipping, please keep the original packaging so that we can file a shipping insurance claim. Other issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
