How Long Do Orders Take to Process?

It typically takes ~2 business days for an order to process and be shipped out. 

If you need your items delivered by a certain time, shoot an email to estateplanningportfolio@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

How Long Do Binders Take to Ship?

Since our business is based in California, if you live on the West Coast you may expect your order to arrive in a couple of days after being processed and shipped by our facility.

Please give your order around three to five days after being shipped to arrive if you are placing an order from the Midwest/South.

If you are ordering from the East Coast, please allow a window of roughly 5-7 days.

We offer shipping through UPS, USPS, or FedEX. There are a variety of options on the checkout page where you can select standard or expedited options.

You can also email us if you have a critical delivery requirement, and we can try to ship out your order sooner from our warehouse.

These dates are solely estimates based upon past customer experiences. Shipping delays may occur, or your order may arrive sooner.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to military APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

 

How Do Subscriptions Work?

When you purchase a subscription, it'll essentially be like monthly delivery on Amazon - you'll get a discounted price and a pack of binders delivered monthly, which will save money and time! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account portal.
