SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Estate Planning Portfolios, we use UPS and USPS for shipping. Additionally, we try our best to ship orders out within 24 hours. For an estimated shipping time, please see our FAQ page.

Shipping issues will generally be handled on a case-by-case basis, so be sure to contact us right away if anything comes up, and keep the original packaging + take pictures if there are signs of damage to the outside of the box. This will enable us to file a shipping insurance claim if necessary.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy is straightforward: You have a 30-day window to return your items, and they must be in resale condition. We'll issue a full refund for the product (note that shipping is non-refundable). Customer pays return shipping. If you'd like to return something, please contact us at estateplanningportfolio@gmail.com to initiate the return and we'll get back to you within 48 business hours.

If you receive a defective product, we'll send you replacements at no additional cost. If your product was damaged in shipping, please keep the original packaging so that we can file a shipping insurance claim. Other issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

DATA USAGE POLICY

Your information is used to enrich your customer experience and may help us with advertising. You can rest easy knowing that it will NEVER be sold to third parties.
